I went to Cold Stone about 1600 (4pm). I stayed near the cash register waiting or the female cleaning the waffle maker to finish. She turned around, looked at me, went back to working, then stepped away to assist another couple , who wasn't in line by the register, but was just standing in the middle deciding what they wanted. Well, now it is about 1615, then 1620 and I still haven't been assisted even though there is now a male who came over and started finishing cleaning the waffle machine. So I waited another 3 minutes and I left. I wondered "am I in the wrong spot? Should I be on the other end of the counter?" But there was no direction , I don't come there that much, and I find it hard to see a reason to come there again. All you had to do is let me know if I offended the young woman by standing at the register, maybe she didn't like me having my phone in my hand or whatever, but just let me know. It is hard to go to a place where you feel discriminated against...

Update: Coldstone has reached out and has handled the situation appropriately. I feel they did the best they could to make it better. And I look forward to better visits in the future. Thank you Raquel for everything. I have been coming to this coldstone for 5 years multiple times a week and over the years for the most part I have been happy with the service provided. However, on a recent visit that all changed. On 3/12/2026 at 9:15pm I walked in and waited to be served. When I was finally served it was around 9:35pm, which is after the close at 9:30pm. I ordered a like it and two gotta have its. The like it was made first with the ice cream barely coming above the rim of the cup. I didn’t say anything. Then she went to make the two gotta have its, which were both cake batter with red velvet. I asked for extra red velvet cake. She had one pile of ice cream that was the amount for one gotta have it but instead of using it for one she split into two gotta have it cups and the ice cream wasn’t even above the rim of the cup. So I spoke up and said something. Words were exchanged. The staff was talking back and forth making smart remarks about the situation. Basically saying I was wron

I’ve always came here and ordered the same 3 flavors of ice cream mixed together. This particular time I came in to get my usual and there’s someone new and she tells me I can only mix 2 different flavors. I asked since when and she said always which is incorrect. She refused to give me what I wanted so I left and went to another cold stone and got my ordered fulfilled. Now I’ll just head to the hope mills location for now on.

Peanut butter perfection had no peanut butter and a half of. Peanut butter cup- my husband had a strawberry peanut butter banana ice-cream that had no peanut butter butter. I don’t mind paying the price- but give us our monies worth. Horrible experience tonight. His wasn’t even filled. Pictured below not a bite taken out of it.

came in to try the new birthday cake oreo taco but they were out of the taco shells so they offered a waffle cup instead. the cream was creamy but didn’t have much oreo flavor coming through. they did put a lot of sprinkles in mine so i really could only taste that. but the staff were super friendly and they offer military discounts too. i would come back to try other items on the menu.
